Most Windows apps leave out the middle-click scrolling you get in a browser. ScrollSenpai puts it back.
Why it exists
Browsers let you click the middle mouse button and coast through a long page. Most desktop apps make you keep turning the wheel. That gets old in documents, editors, chats, and settings screens. ScrollSenpai fills that gap without taking over the rest of your mouse.
What it does
Click the middle button, then move the pointer to choose a direction and speed. You can hold the button or use toggle mode. Settings control the dead zone, sensitivity, acceleration, and on-screen anchor. ScrollSenpai runs on 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11.
